Proposed Dividend of Green Development Bank Limited

Green Development Bank Limited has decided to propose its 4.845% Bonus shares and 0.255% cash dividend to its shareholders of the Fiscal Year 2076/2077 which are subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
