Proposed Dividend of Prabhu Insurance Limited

Prabhu Insurance Limited has decided to propose its 10% bonus shares and 0.53% Cash dividend to its shareholders of the Fiscal Year 2077/2078 which are subject to approval from Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
